Turn Order - End Phase
General Rules:
First, any "beginning of the end phase" abilities are placed on top of the Effects Stack. This includes any delayed triggers that would put an ability on the Effects Stack.
Only objects on the field or active cards in play during this step can have their abilities enter the Effects Stack at this point. If any future objects enter the field or additional delayed triggers corresponding to an end phase were to be generated, they will be put onto the Effects Stack during the next available end phase.
Opportunity: Second, the turn player receives Opportunity. This step is considered "before end of turn" and is the only time players are given Opportunity to act before this turn proceeds to the third and last step, termed "clean-up."
Clean-up: Third, after all effects are resolved and all players have passed on Opportunity in succession, the game immediately proceeds through a series of the following special game actions that happen simultaneously:
Temporary damage marked on allies is removed.
Any “until the end of the turn,” “this turn” or other (similar effects (EOT)/one-shot effects) end, and any effects that happen “as turns end” or “as your turn ends” (or other variations) occur.
If any hand-size or memory-size limits are imposed, the turn player must discard cards from either of the zones until the limit is not exceeded.
If any of the events in step 3 were to cause a change in the game state, the turn player gains Opportunity after each ability pending resolution is placed onto the Effects Stacks, and (after the Effects Stack is empty and all players have passed Opportunity) the game will then start another Step 3 of the end phase.
After Step 3 is finished and Step 4 confirms no change in the game state, the current turn ends, the next player in turn order becomes the turn player, and they start their turn at the Wake Up phase.
